What does a service call cost?

The callout is $150, with labour at $135 per hour thereafter. Diagnosis usually takes around one hour. The final cost depends on the work required; a diagnosis is not a fixed-price repair.

Is the quote visit really free?

Yes. Both the one-hour on-site visit and the quote are free. Choose this option when you are planning an installation or replacement. For a system that needs diagnosis or repair, request a service call.

What happens after I request a time?

Your online request comes to Headwind for confirmation. Include your location, equipment details and a short description of the job. We will confirm the appointment with you before the visit.
